About the role:
更好的提升天津工厂长远发展,致力于医药领域更加卓越的贡献。
How you will contribute:
1.协助项目经理进行立项准备、项目需求编写、招标、技术澄清、合同签订、预算申请等流程工作。
2.协助项目经理对项目工作流程的顺利推进。
3.监督并执行EHS政策和流程,确保项目过程符合公司EHS规范要求。
4.跟进项目各环节进展情况,检查工程质量和进度是否满足目标要求。
5.协助审查工程量、中间验收、施工组织设计、各项施工方案等。
6.协助项目过程中电子和纸版文件资料的收集、整理和保存等管理工作。
7.协助项目收尾阶段的user培训和文件移交。
8.完成上级分配的其他任务。
What you bring to Takeda:
1.理工类在校本科生或研究生。
2.对资产投资项目管理有浓厚兴趣,愿意学习和成长。
3.具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
4.可以使用AutoCAD,Microsoft Office软件。
5.具有团队合作精神,能够灵活应对不同的工作任务。
6.基本的英语读写能力
7.每周出勤3天或以上,能够承诺3个月或以上的实习期。
