About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to join our Rare Disease & Oncology team, based in Western Australia with responsibilities extending to South Australia. This role combines the dynamic responsibilities of driving sales activities and implementing marketing strategies to improve patient outcomes and achieve business goals.
What you will do:
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets through effective territory management
- Leveraging omnichannel to communicate brand tactics and strategies to external stakeholders, meeting their needs.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to assess needs, gain insights and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans, utilizing market insights and trends.
- Maintain an understanding of patient service programs or on-label access programs
- Travel requirements: ability to travel to various national congresses, interstate, and overnight travel, including occasional weekend commitments

- Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying ideas and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project and organizational goals.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Understanding of therapy areas and competitive landscape.
- Learning Agility: Adapt to rapidly changing environments and continuously develop new knowledge in evolving therapeutic areas.
