Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 根据公司的战略规划和区域业务的发展设定区域内组织架构,建立区域重点客户团队;招聘、辅导发展和保留有竞争力的团队;在团队内展示卓越的计划能力组织能力和领导力,领导团队达成目标。
  • 根据员工的特点和兴趣,制定其个人发展计划,并帮助其提高个人能力;确保团队每个成员的个人目标远景价值观道德观和公司的目标远景价值观道德观保持一致。
  • 确保团队每个成员能够遵守公司的各项政策;鼓励开放的沟通创新互相分享知识团队合作。
  • 制定区域项目计划并实施,以达成区域重点客户覆盖;与重点客户经理协访客户以贴近市场。
  • 与目标医院的重点客户建立良好的合作关系在医院准入安全运营、招标、保等项目中获得重点客户的认可与支持,降低因医院控量等特殊政策对公司产品使用的影响。
  • 了解医药行业态势,积极参与重点客户全国性项目的计划、组织、实施。
  • 制定区域内合理的费用预算,控制费用不超出年度预算;服务于重点客户经理,并代表他们和公司其他部门沟通。
  • 组织领导大区会议工作会议传达公司的策略和各项政策。

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 科以上学历,医药相关或市场营销专业为佳
  • 7年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验,5年以上的重点客户团队管理或区域营销经理经验
  • 熟练使用计算机办公软件
  • 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
  • 具有较强的沟通协调能力,良好的团队管理能力
