Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 根据公司的战略规划和区域业务的发展设定区域内组织架构,建立区域重点客户团队;招聘、辅导、发展和保留有竞争力的团队;在团队内展示卓越的计划能力、组织能力和领导力,领导团队达成目标。
- 根据员工的特点和兴趣,制定其个人发展计划,并帮助其提高个人能力;确保团队每个成员的个人目标、远景、价值观、道德观和公司的目标、远景、价值观、道德观保持一致。
- 确保团队每个成员能够遵守公司的各项政策;鼓励开放的沟通、创新、互相分享知识、团队合作。
- 制定区域项目计划并实施,以达成区域重点客户覆盖;与重点客户经理协访客户以贴近市场。
- 与目标医院的重点客户建立良好的合作关系,在医院准入、安全运营、招标、医保等项目中获得重点客户的认可与支持,降低因医院控量等特殊政策对公司产品使用的影响。
- 了解医药行业态势,积极参与重点客户全国性项目的计划、组织、实施。
- 制定区域内合理的费用预算,控制费用不超出年度预算;服务于重点客户经理,并代表他们和公司其他部门沟通。
- 组织领导大区会议,工作会议传达公司的策略和各项政策。
Qualifications & Skills:
- 本科以上学历,医药相关或市场营销专业为佳
- 7年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验,5年以上的重点客户团队管理或区域营销经理经验
- 熟练使用计算机办公软件
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力,良好的团队管理能力
