Job Description

In this challenging position you will be the main point of contact for project management for BioLife plasma centres in Czech Republic. With your strategic mindset and strong business presence you will drive projects towards completion while simplifying complex situations and taking into account all stakeholder needs.

Your Opportunity:

  • Project management for infrastructure and organizational projects in BioLife plasma centres

  • Project administration, leadership, project controlling, planning and documentation

  • Support in submissions and communication with local authorities

  • Responsible for project budget, targets and timing

  • Coordination of external project stakeholders

  • Coordination of local project activities in the region and supporting the local management and initiative leads in performing small projects

  • Alignment with BioLife EU Project Management Office for local project portfolio as well as project planning and monitoring

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience as project manager

  • IPMA Level C or similar certification

  • Other education in technical field beneficial (e.g. engineering)

  • Experience in infrastructural projects and/or in GMP environment beneficial

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and problem solving skills

  • Czech and English language required, German/Hungarian beneficial

  • MS project and office skills

  • Willingness to travel 60-70% across Czech Republic and occasionally to Vienna/Budapest, rest of the time can be managed either from one of our plasma centre or home office

  • Dynamic team player with strong business presence who enjoys work in the matrix organisation
