タケダ全体での環境・労働安全衛生を総括・推進するコーポレートEHSにおいて、日本での推進を担うのがEHSジャパンです。EHS専門部門として、社員の皆さんが安全で安心した職場環境で働けるよう取り組んでいます。

所属するHealth & Safety Managementは、リーダーのほか3名体制です。

職務内容

日本全国の営業拠点、武田グローバル本社(東京)、大阪本社などのオフィス拠点に対し、労働安全衛生法で求められる安全衛生活動の推進を担当いただきます。法で求められる衛生委員会の事務局や、ストレスチェックの実施、健康増進活動など、事業者が講ずるべき快適な職場環境の形成のための活動が主要な職務内容です。

応募要件

  • 学歴(4年制大学卒業以上(業務経験によっては高専卒を含む))
  • 実務経験(製造業における安全衛生の推進業務(10年以上))
  • スキル(プロジェクトマネジメント、PCスキル(Office 365)等)
  • 資格(衛生工学衛生管理者免許、第一種衛生管理者免許、第二種衛生管理者免許があれば望ましい)
  • 語学(ビジネスレベルの英語)
  • 勤務地(大阪本社)
  • 出張(年に数回の国内出張)
  • その他(週1‐2回のテレワーク、等)

労働安全衛生法を中心とした労働安全衛生(Health & Safety)について十分な知識をもっている。自ら動いて問題解決が行える。コミュニケーション力がある。といった自立型人材を求めている。

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
