About the role:
Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as the Associate Director, Access Marketing, Entyvio. This position reports into the Director, Access and Life Cycle Management Marketing, Entyvio and is a part of the GI Business Unit.
How you will contribute:
Patient and Provider Insight: Develop a deep understanding of unmet needs related to Entyvio’s reimbursement and access ecosystem; develop recommendations and solutions to help patients and healthcare providers (HCPs) navigate complexities of healthcare access network by educating on access, authorization, & reimbursement pathways to therapy as prescribed.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Evaluate market access trends and brand performance and develop and implement strategies and associated tactics to align with organizational goals.
Strategic Leadership: Represent Access Marketing on cross-functional teams; collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline patient and HCP access to therapy by building, managing, and executing channel-specific marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Solution Development & Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop internal and external programs, tools, educational materials, and personalized resources to broaden and enable patient access pathways. Lead planning, implementation, and rollout for assigned programs and tactics to ensure they deliver against defined strategies, including project management, issue identification and resolution, PRT process, training of internal stakeholders, and the development of measurement frameworks and metrics to measure effectiveness.
Digital and Content Innovation: Oversee the creation of access and reimbursement materials for internal teams, HCPs, office staff, and patients. Leverage innovative technologies and delivery models to ensure patients receive education and treatment where and how they need them; ensure clarity of messaging architecture across the access ecosystem.
Payer Pull-Through: Lead the development of messaging communication resources for field-based teams, ensuring they have the necessary payer pull-through information and tools to effectively communicate access coverage and reimbursement-related information to stakeholders, fostering better market access.
Monitor and Analyze Trends and Policy Changes to develop communication strategies and marketing tactics across the access ecosystem.
Data-driven Strategy: Ensure clear performance metrics are in place and leverage data to assess and report the effectiveness of strategies across the access ecosystem, driving adjustments to optimize impact.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external access/reimbursement experts and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gain insights and inform strategic approaches.
Budget and Vendor Management: Manage budget ensuring resources are utilized effectively, efficiently, and in a compliant manner; effectively manage vendors, agency, and consultant relationships to ensure deliverables are aligned with strategies.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in economics, health policy or relevant area preferred.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in commercial pharma market access.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of payer environments, healthcare principles, and reimbursement landscapes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and specialty segments, including a demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, conduct and interpret market research, and understand the regulatory environment.
Business and Marketing Acumen: Demonstrate high proficiency of business and marketing framework: Insights, Segmentation, Positioning, Value Proposition, Business Model Innovation, Creative Development, and Investment Optimization.
Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and presentation abilities with a proven track record of influencing without direct authority.
Travel: up to 20% domestic

Lexington, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$153,600.00 - $241,340.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
