Job Title: Jr. Brand Manager - Vaccine
Location: IDN - JAKARTA
About the role:
Jr. Brand Manager is a motivated and detail-oriented marketer who will assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive brand uptake and market growth in the dynamic market of launch vaccine. This role will be critical player in analysing research output, market trend, and performance data to develop and execute strategic initiatives of Qdenga in private market.
How you will contribute:
Functional(primary job responsibilities)
Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
Evaluate market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights to inform brand decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment on brand strategies.
Support the management of the brand's digital presence, including social media and website content.
Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management on campaign effectiveness and market trends.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Participate in product launches and promotional events, managing logistics and material preparation.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders within the healthcare community.

What you bring to Takeda:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Fast learner and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Professional level of English proficiency
