Job Description

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Este rol será responsable del desarrollo del equipo de ventas para ejecutar el plan de negocios de los productos de oncología de Takeda en las zonas especificadas, incluyendo metas de ventas anuales y estrategias de marketing adaptadas al mercado local, alineadas con las estrategias locales y globales.

Esta posición reporta al Director de Unidad de Negocios y tiene base en Buenos Aires.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Identificar oportunidades para agregar valor e influir en clientes clave
  • Motivar al equipo de ventas y fortalecer su compromiso con la misión
  • Construir y mantener un equipo sólido y alineado con los objetivos de la compañía
  • Monitorear el desempeño, reconocer logros y gestionar áreas de mejora
  • Brindar coaching, desarrollo y mentoría continua a los representantes de ventas
  • Priorizar cuentas clave junto con los Account Leads
  • Supervisar y reportar el avance de objetivos de corto y largo plazo
  • Gestionar y asignar recursos necesarios para las actividades clave
  • Analizar el mercado de oncología para orientar decisiones estratégicas
  • Traducir la estrategia en acciones concretas para el equipo de ventas
  • Servir de enlace entre el equipo de campo y áreas internas (Marketing, Acceso, Médico, etc.) para desarrollar planes eficaces.

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Estudios universitarios completos (preferentemente en administración, ciencias de la salud, ingeniería, etc).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, idealmente en productos de alto costo y en el área de Oncología
  • Licencia de conducir vigente (excluyente)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Argentina (aproximadamente 30%)
  • Disponibilidad para viajes internacionales según requerimientos de Takeda (reuniones internas o congresos)
  • Promueve el aprendizaje y desarrollo continuo del equipo
  • Combina enseñanza y modelado con un entorno seguro para la práctica y retroalimentación de los Account Leads
  • Mantiene una política de puertas abiertas, respondiendo oportunamente a las necesidades de los Consultores Científicos
  • Da seguimiento a sugerencias para asegurar avances
  • Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y genuino interés en desarrollar al equipo
  • Impulsa el crecimiento profesional mediante planes de desarrollo individual, oportunidades de carrera y planificación de sucesión para roles clave
  • Brinda o facilita coaching regular para fortalecer capacidades y detectar necesidades de capacitación
  • Capacidad de influencia flexible y efectiva en distintos niveles.
