PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Este rol ejecutará el plan médico del área terapéutica. Será responsable de establecer y desarrollar relaciones científicas de colaboración a largo plazo, participará en el intercambio científico para mantenerse actualizado en las áreas terapéuticas donde se poseen productos de la compañía, recopilará y ejecutará los insights que puedan dar forma a la estrategia y los planes interfuncionales. Por último, utilizará sus conocimientos científicos mediante la realización de actividades adicionales de acuerdo con el área terapéutica, el paciente y las necesidades de los stakeholders.

Este rol reportará al MSL Lead y tiene su base en Bogotá, Colombia.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Desarrollar y mantener colaboraciones y relaciones de igual a igual con las principales partes interesadas claves (KOL, HCPs, etc).
Servir como recurso científico entre pares para expertos externos en enfermedades y partes interesadas internas.
Apoyar a la comunidad médica con información actualizada, sólidos conocimientos sobre enfermedades e información sobre productos
Formar a las partes interesadas externas en la patología y los tratamientos del área terapéutica.
Utilizar sistemas para identificar, perfilar y priorizar estratégicamente a los líderes de opinión en línea con el plan y los objetivos médicos.
Apoyar las iniciativas de desarrollo clínico, incluida la identificación de centros, el reclutamiento de ensayos, el registro y la presentación de datos finales aprobados
Mantener una comunicación eficaz y adecuada entre las partes interesadas internas, manteniendo al mismo tiempo el pleno cumplimiento de los requisitos pertinentes.
Mantener informes y documentaciónprecisos de las actividades de MSL.
Generar planes tácticos y regionales para proporcionar apoyo basado en las necesidades y de valor añadido a la comunidad médica y científica en línea con los objetivos de la empresa

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

Profesional enMedicina.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años.
Deseable experiencia previa como MSL.
Inglés Avanzado.
Conocimiento y/o experiencia en alto costo y/o LSD.
Redes bien establecidas y relaciones activas con KOLs.
Excelentes aptitudes interpersonales.
Pensamiento estratégico.
Gran capacidad de colaboración, confianza y fuerte presencia.
Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
Competencias capacidad de colaboración interfuncional.
Adaptabilidad al cambio.
