OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
As the technical leadfor our Digital AssetManagement Platform working in the Content InnovationPlatforms team, you will own and manage the design, development, enablement,and supportofTakeda’s Digital AssetManagement Technologies.In this role, you will drive Takeda’sData and Digital missionthrough the development and adoption of Digital AssetManagement capabilities that align to business needs, best practices as well as enterprisearchitecture principles.

Driveinnovation and continuousimprovement of our Digital AssetManagementcapabilities in the form of standing up new platforms, tools,or system integrations according to business demand, prioritized use casesas well as enhancing the existingtechnology stack.
Work closely with Platform managers, Product owners & Domain leads and lead the solution-ing/development/release planning and other agile phases.
Use agile engineering practices and technical proficiency in Aprimo DAM to lead the develop-ment ofcreative and efficient solutions that enhance the marketing and other DAM users experience.
Support in translating business, and functional requirements into documented technical specifi-cations or User Stories and ensure developed solutions meet requirements outlined in the de-sign documentation.
Enable stakeholders (both within and outside of Takeda) to consume Takeda’s Global Digital AssetManagement capabilities.
Oversee day-to-day operation of our Digital AssetManagement, including platforms and services, to ensure allcomponents work reliablyandsecurely.
Socialize changesto existingand new capabilities, tools, components,andconsumptionmod-els to stakeholders(both within and outside of Takeda) to drive Takeda’s Digital AssetMana-gement capabilitiesadoptionand stakeholder satisfaction.
Work with the product owner and platform manager to prioritize a global backlog to Digital As-setManagementproduct enhancements and operational needs and manage a DevOps Plat-formPOD within our delivery center to deliver on the pirotized backlog.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand business strategy and design solutions aligned to businessneeds.
Develop and own the Digital AssetManagement capabilitiesroadmapdriven by business demand and strategic imperatives.
Own and deliver roadmap initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders through agile delivery teams.
Drivealignment of proposed solutions according toenterprisestandards as well as alignment with Takeda architectural, security, privacy,and quality standards.
Lead business case development process by designing and documenting proposed solutions in alignment with business demand.
Provide technical and functional support for Digital AssetManagement capabilities.
Partner with DD&Tand business stakeholders to enable the consumption of Takeda’s Global Digital AssetManagement capabilities.
Develop scalable services and platform operational/ governance processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsin partnership withIT, business,and other key stakeholders.
Act as the SME (architectural consulting, provide insight to industry trends) for all Digital AssetManagement projectsand capabilitiesusing technologies likeAdobe/Aprimo/Bynder/Veeva Promo-
mats,in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Involvement in peer review, demo and other scrum ceremonies.
Raise impediments on time to leads and support resolution.
Take lead Platform Landscape upgrades, improvements to stay aligned and up todate.
Stay current with market knowledge on platform technology curve.
Establish and institutionalize regular end-to-end KPI reviews for solution adoption, andcontinuous solution improvement process.
OTHER DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management Platforms such as Adobe, Aprimo, Bynder, OpenText,
Veeva Promomats and Veeva Vault.

Business Acumen in the content design, creation, automation, sharing, tagging, resuse and ap-
provalswith a focus on the Life Sciences industry.

Able to engage with all levels of the organization and be proficient at building out clearly defined
business requirements during discussions with stakeholders.

Able to clearly communicate and foster alignment across all levels of the organization.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with team members in the other enterprise functions like
System Integrators, DigitalLeads, Enterprise Architects.

Strong ability to build external partnerships with industry partners and suppliers.
Able to generate breakthrough solutions and enable others to do so.
Day-to-day decisions regarding design, development,and implementation of innovative contentsolutions across Takeda globally.



Essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceand/or Digital Marketing related fields or equivalent experience.
4+ years of Aprimoof experience implementing Digital Asset Management solutions at an enterprise level in a regulated environment.
Real time experience in Aprimo Data Modelling, Assets, Classifications, User Management, Security modelling, Field Definitions, Settings/Configurations, DAM New UI, etc.
Realtime experience working with Aprimo APIs for customizations.
Building applications based of Aprimo Rest Api communication as a middle layer to integrate with different other systems.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills coupled with an independent, methodical approach to work.
Experience in building applications using PaaS components (Azure/AWS).
Deepexperience inVeeva Vaultand Promomats
Strong “soft skills” and English communication skills.
Deep Experience with enterprise end-to-end processesin thecontent management life cycle
Experience of working with global teams and experience of working in international, multicountry, multi-cultural environment.
Experience working in a life sciences environment strongly preferred
Experience working in an agile environment strongly preferred.
Nice to have GenAI knowledge / experience
Nice to have Adobe Assetsknowledge / experience
