ROLE OBJECTIVE
- Contribute to the business strategy providing data & insights, leveraging internal & external data sources
- Ensure data is available in a structured & automated way to enable internal stakeholders to generate actionable insights
- Drive the adoption of a data driven mindset across the organization
- Enhance the organization’s Data & Insights capabilities to form a solid foundation of data ownership and insights driven activities & decision making
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Drives the adoption of a data-driven culture, shaping the analytical approach and delivering high-quality insights tailored to the needs across all functions (eg. Commercial, Marketing, Medical etc)
- Manage end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, including platform oversight, gathering and translating stakeholder requirements, designing and implementing backend data models (SQL, ETL), developing interactive dashboards (Power BI), delivering end-user training, and ensuring data quality and compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Maintain and optimize the data infrastructure behind our reporting systems (databases, master data management)
- Use CRM system to resolve potential data issues
- Provide strategic guidance to brand teams and commercial leaders, grounded in data and analytics, offer objective interpretation of insights, scenarios, or risks, support definition of KPIs and co-design dashboards
- Use internal & external sales data, competitor insights, digital, SFE data and market research to integrate business insights into actionable product/brand opportunities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of SFE strategies, including Multi Channel Cycle Plan, Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring alignment with performance drivers and business goals
- Ensure all activities/communications are in line with the latest compliance policies, Takeda’s and local rules and regulations.
- Lead initiatives and process improvements to enhance data quality across multiple systems and ensure quality-assured and well-governed data sources
- Owns data Governance framework and acts as the Local SPOC for data standards
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to leverage and localize global frameworks and tools, ensure compliance with data and reporting standards and contribute to the implementation of regional reporting solutions
SKILLS and LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES
Education:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in relevant field (eg. Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or equivalent)
Professional experience:
- Min. 3 years of experience working in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics. Experience in the Healthcare sector is considered a plus
- Experience in analytical support / insights generation
- Greek & English fluent both written & spoken
- Strong expertise in Databricks (SQL, Python) with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Sound knowledge of key CX data sources: CRM & Digital (website & marketing automation) analytics
- Knowledge of CRM administration will be considered a plus
- Demonstrates ability to achieve results in highly matrix environment

- Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
