Plasma Digital Costing Analytics

Plasma Digital & Costing Lead

About the role:

Combine Finance expertise, Plasma and technical knowledge to continuous improvements in the organization and processes and leadership of the Plasma OpU costing.

  • Successful leadership, execution and delivery of the yearly standard costing process for the Plasma OpU, including analysis
  • The Finance digital journey for the Plasma OpU. Execution of the GMS Digital Agenda and the pursuit of opportunities for the Plasma OpU specifically (in close collaboration with the GMSGQ Digital Team).
  • Support the OpU financial planning cycles with consolidation, analysis and storytelling for the reviews.
  • Advocate for projects or issues in the Plasma OpU.

How you will contribute:

  • Lead the OpU Standard Costing process end-to-end and manage method/policy matters, technical execution and the analysis phase. Work with the Plasma sites, the Plasma OpU Core Team and the GMS Costing Team to coordinate detailed intermediate timelines to ensure submission of the final outcome to the.
  • Implement GMSGQ digital finance solutions within the Plasma OpU together with the GSM Digital Finance Team.
  • Support the OpU financial planning cycles with consolidation, analysis and storytelling for the partner reviews. Of Plasma OpU monthly and annual financial cycles:
  • Annual Product Costing: Plasma Cost NRV Allocation Model, harmonization/standardization of C3ME utilization, and automation of costing analysis/consolidation/reporting.
  • MYC/PRE and LBE/MRP cycles: COGS Variances and Amortization Variances analysis/consolidation/reporting.
  • Monthly Financial Performance Report.
  • Expertise in all aspects of manufacturing finance within the pharmaceuticals industry, especially in product costing.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and using digital finance solutions, like ERP and Business Intelligence systems, reporting including predictive analytics and simulations.
  • Grasp of digital finance technologies including Data Science and Artificial Intelligence applications within finance; analytical skills using tools like SAP Analysis for Office, IBM PAX, Power BI, Power Query and advanced.

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

  • Experience digital finance solutions, using and implementing reporting systems.
  • Pharma manufacturing finance understanding, with emphasis on product costing.
  • Very good data analytics skills, across technical solutions.
  • Translate finance needs into technical concepts and the other way.
  • Hands-on, proactive, end-to-end digital finance solutions.
  • Excellent Agile project management skills.
  • A firm grasp of industry, manufacturing finance and digital finance solutions and concepts.
  • Deal with needs and manage change across GMS Finance teams, Plasma OpU Finance teams, and outside GMS Finance.

Innovation

  • Translate GMS finance our needs into digital finance concepts that are used by the technical teams to develop functional solutions.
  • Passion to learn about new technologies (AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, RPA) and ability to apply them to define the best digital finance solutions for GMS Finance and Plasma OpU Finance.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in plasma manufacturing finance.
  • University degree of science/business: Advanced degree (Master), in Engineering, Business Engineering, IT or Finance.
  • Experience managing and engaging Global Teams and Global Partners.
  • Analytical with and lead consensus across Global cross teams and can interact with all levels of management.
  • Advanced IT knowledge.
