Job Description
About the role:
For our Complaints Team in the area of Quality Compliance we are looking for a well-organized person who likes working in a team. If you are interested in a meaningful position with diverse tasks then you will be the right person. In the close cooperation with numerous departments you examine customer complaints and contribute consistently in this way to the high quality of our products for our patients.
How you will contribute:
Handling of Complaint and Adverse Event investigations according to the related procedures with respect to the timelines, including:
Evaluation of complaint samples (description, taking photographs)
Processing and tracking of investigational activities with internal contacts
Complaint related communication and alignment with internal and external Surveillance Teams, including:
Summarizing the investigation reports in English reports
Uploading the finalized investigation reports and pictures to Trackwise
Forwarding the finalized investigation reports to our externalpartners
Support of the local inspection team before and during external inspections and audits (providing complaint related documents, expertise during the inspection)
Handling and support of Quality Incidents: incident owner or support of incident owners, data gathering, documentation & presentation
What you bring to Takeda:
Graduated from a technical, chemical or biological college or university with practical experience of quality operations function or related area
Good experience in quality assurance, knowledge and understanding of the quality requirements in the area of manufacturing, quality control would be a great advantage
Knowledge and experience in project management would be a benefit
Strong communication and technical skills, competence, self-responsible, accurate, reliable
Negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
Interest in developing and adapting of IT-Tools for the team in collaboration with the IT-department (e.g. Power BI, Dashboards)
Good command of English and German

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 3.909,67 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
