About the role :

The Data Product System Owner manages product delivery within the Takeda portfolio and is responsible for the day-to-day development and alignment of delivery to the strategic vision. The Data Product System Owner is focused on technical strategy and roadmaps, delivery, release plans and communicating progress to stakeholders. Join Takeda as a Data Product System Owner Lead and you will define the data product technology roadmap in perspective of the business vision. You will also define the strategic technology vision for the team guided by the overall vision, aligned with solution architects and embedded in the Enterprise Architecture. You will report to our GMS GQ Data Product Lines Lead and manage strategic partnership across the different teams.

How you will contribute:

  • Set clear technical vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
  • End to end technical team output strategy from creation to production
  • Collaboration with partners to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
  • Works closely with functional partners to establish each product's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
  • Plays an important role on multiple Agile team(s) and works with the teams on a near-daily basis
  • Typical work products: This position is technical, driving the technical direction, taking decision on platforms in use and ensuring reusability of existing data, data products and technologies, responsible for technical execution.
  • Accountable for different SDLC documents including Detailed System Profile.
  • Accountable for Third-Party Security Assessment Report and Application Security Assessment Report as applicable, partnering with ISR (Information Security & Risk) representative.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English language
  • 2 - 4 years of working experience managing IT initiatives within Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech environment
  • Experience in stakeholder facing role; acting as a trusted technology partner
  • Experience overseeing multiple initiatives, simultaneously from beginning to end
  • Experience with BI/Analytics tools, data warehouse and data lake products, AWS or Cloud platforms
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management

What Takeda can offer you:

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is 3.557,47 € gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industry). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.

This position is currently classified as "hybrid" in accordance with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy.
