As a Web Engineer/Architect, you'll be at the forefront of the digital revolution. Your mission will be to create exceptional web experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, aligning with Takeda's vision of providing cutting-edge pharmaceutical products and services.

In the dynamic landscape of healthcare, seamless integration of web-based platforms, SaaS systems, and APIs is essential. This integration enables us to offer enhanced services, including personalized treatment plans, remote patient monitoring, and real-time access to medical information.

応募要件

＜学歴＞

• Relevant educational background (Science or Engineering degree preferred. Masters is a plus)

• 関連する学歴（理工学の学位が望ましい。修士号があれば尚可。）

＜実務経験＞

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a web engineer, system integration consultant, IT business analyst or similar technical role. Relevant industry (Life Science, Health Care) experience is a strong plus. (Candidates without healthcare experience are welcome as this is a technology focused role)

• Webエンジニア、SIer、ITビジネスアナリストなどの関連業務で3-5年+の経験。関連業界（ライフサイエンス、ヘルスケア）の経験があれば尚良し。 （ヘルスケア業界未経験の方でも、これまでの関連業務のご経験をもとに御活躍いただけます。）

＜スキル・資格＞

• Experience and knowledge with web technologies like Content Management System, SEO, front and back-end development knowledge is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of web programming languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP).
• Work with product managers and designers to gather requirements and create specifications
• Understanding of systems architecture, data modeling, ETL, databases, software engineering, and cloud services (official certificates and experience are a plus).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to propose original solutions within existing constraints and leadership to follow through.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead a team.

諸手当：通勤交通費、借家補助費、勤務時間外手当など

昇給：原則年1回　

賞与: 原則年2回

勤務時間：本社（大阪市中央区・東京都中央区）9:00～17:30 、工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45

休日：土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）

働き方関連制度：フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入（対象社員）
