Job Title: AGILE Champion
Location: Tianjin, China
About the role:

How you will contribute:
1.Establish common understanding of AGILE program and 5 workstreams.
2.Collaborate with workstream leads and owners to understand key programs for deployment and applicability to site/function.
3.Participate in the strategy deployment process at site/function to understand strategy and support translation into AGILE activities in roadmap.
4.Actively support the delivery of the AGILE roadmap and wave initiatives, developing skills through co-leading initiatives and eventually lead AGILE projects.
5.Participate in AGILE bootcamps learning key skills necessary for workstream activities.
6.Develop own capabilities in AGILE as detailed in AGILE Champion certification document.
7.Visit other sites occasionally to learn, share, and replicate good practices.
8.Be a “new pair of eyes”; provide feedback and receive feedback.
9.Support and assist other AGILE Champions for the sites and functions in their AGILE journey.
10.Actively share best practises through AGILE sharing tools and Community of Practice (CoP).
11.Support creation of site roadmap detailing AGILE activities which will be executed in the fiscal year in collaboration with the site/functional Leadership Team.
12.Ensure roadmap initatives are present on SPOT reporting tool.
13Lead elements of the AGILE roadmap and eAGILE Wave initiatives under the guidance of the site BE Lead.
14.Coach AGILE concepts and mindsets and behaviors across the organization, including Senior Leadership.
15.Participate in site/functional workshops to improve coaching capabilities.

4.A natural leader, comfortable networking and connecting people.
5.Agile learner with proven abilites to put theory into practice.
6.Project management capabilities.
7.Strong facilitation and organisation abilities.
8.Excellent listening capabilites.
9.Experience in Lean and six sigma and problem solving, Black belt/green belt is a plus.
10.Manufactoring experience, prefer FMCG,white household appliances, or car industry.
11.Mandarin and English are must.
