Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop medical strategy and 3-5 years’ business plan for our product.

2. Ensure compliance requirement to SOPs and ethical standards for relevant market practices.

3. Continuously optimize cross-functional communication and cooperative system.

4. Formulate development plan for subordinates to ensure sustained business development.

5. Establish long-term cooperative relationship with top experts and industry associations.

6. Integrate global and cross-functional resources to push and lead highly-efficient collaboration of business.

7. Manage KOL and provide medical education and training to internal & external stakeholders.

8. Provide strategic input and appropriate assessment of product information, including IISR and R&D studies as required.

9. Ensure close cooperation with affiliate commercial and R&D teams to develop innovative medical promotion model.

10. Develop and obtain approval for clinical study proposals as well as investigator-initiated study proposal.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Level of Education

Master Degree or above

majored in Clinical in related TA

2.Working Experience in Relevant Field

5-7 years’ experience in related TA in pharmaceutical MNC.

3.Professional Knowledge and Skills

Broad therapeutic competency and continuous efforts to update and improve knowledge base.

Build and leverage internal and external strategic relationships.

Effectively work on multi-disciplinary teams in order to achieve desired outcomes.

Leadership skills and potential for advancement.

Conflict resolution skill in an independent fashion.

Identify and evaluate fundamental issues, provide medical support to major functional areas.
