Missão
Responsável por coordenar Programas de Suporte a Paciente de diversas unidades de negócios, trabalhando em conjunto com todas as funções locais relacionadas e com os times regionais e globais, assegurando a realização dos objetivos estratégicos de cada PSP de acordo com o projetado nos businesses cases.
Principais responsabilidades
Desenvolver e garantir a execução bem-sucedida das soluções locais para os PSPs, seguindo políticas, regras e recomendações da companhia.
Construir e manter um forte relacionamento com todos os fornecedores da cadeia de serviços que envolvem um PSP garantindo a boa execução dos Programas.
Acompanhar os KPIs de cada Programa, agindo com antecipação para prevenir desvios de qualidade no atendimento.
Ter pensamento estratégico para propor melhorias em processos e inovação e assim diferenciar nossos programas, buscando uma melhor experiencia para nossos pacientes, cuidadores e profissionais de saúde.
Ser responsável pela correta execução do orçamento alocado em cada Programa.
Em conjunto com as unidades de negócios, trabalhar no desenvolvimento e implementação de melhorias nos Programas de Suporte a Paciente, alinhadas com a legislação local.
Trabalhar em parceria com Compliance, Jurídico e Regulatórios para adotar todas as obrigações pertinentes a área de PSP.
Coordenar fornecedores, assegurando a entrega da qualidade dos serviços prestados, alocando o orçamento adequadamente.
Em conjunto com a unidade de negócios desenvolver e implementar um plano de expansão dos Programas de Suporte a Paciente para que possam atender as necessidades do maior número de pacientes possível.
Desenvolver e rastrear outros KPIs associados a PSP.
Pré Requisitos
Superior completo na área da saúde ou áreas administrativas;
Sólida experiência em planejamento e gestão de Programa de Suporte a Paciente em indústria farmacêutica ou setores relacionados à saúde;
Experiência com produtos de alta complexidade;
Inglês Avançado;
Domínio das ferramentas do Pacote Office;
Comprometimento em aprimorar e abraçar a cultura de DE&I.
