Digital Delivery Manager (f/m/x)
Your main responsibilities:
As a member of the Oranienburg Site DD&T Team, leads the local execution of GMS/GQ Digital Strategy and projects in the manufacturing/production area.
Build relationships and work closely with key stakeholders in the manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and quality functions.
Execute/ realize projects to increase level of digitalization and usage of data in the manufacturing and quality space.
Identify opportunities to improve and refine processes, and implement those improvements, promote data and digital change at site / function.
Encourage the use of existing digital technologies to automate and simplify repetitive tasks.
Control project financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing purchase orders and accruals.
Provide coaching to business and technology partners managing smaller projects within the Digital Transformation portfolio.
Your profile:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business.
Experiences in process automation and digitalization by using state of the art digital concepts and technologies.
Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.
Working knowledge or experience of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
In this position you will report to the Site Head DD&T Oranienburg.
