Digital Delivery Manager (f/m/x)


Your main responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Oranienburg Site DD&T Team, leads the local execution of GMS/GQ Digital Strategy and projects in the manufacturing/production area.

  • Build relationships and work closely with key stakeholders in the manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and quality functions.

  • Execute/ realize projects to increase level of digitalization and usage of data in the manufacturing and quality space.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and refine processes, and implement those improvements, promote data and digital change at site / function.

  • Encourage the use of existing digital technologies to automate and simplify repetitive tasks.

  • Control project financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing purchase orders and accruals.

  • Provide coaching to business and technology partners managing smaller projects within the Digital Transformation portfolio.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business.

  • Experiences in process automation and digitalization by using state of the art digital concepts and technologies.

  • Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.

  • Working knowledge or experience of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management.

  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
