Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB/POSITION

HR Operations Partner / HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the Head of HR TuRC MCO and the country HR department in various aspects of human resources management. This position is responsible for handling diverse HR tasks, including recruitment, engaging with different stakeholders and fostering a culture of engagement and talent development, employee onboarding & off-boarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations, payroll & reporting, HR Data Accuracy.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITES FOR BELARUS

1.            Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Assist in creating job postings and job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks.

2.            Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee inquiries, issues, and grievances.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

3.            Compensation & Benefit:

  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Leading local compensation & benefits’ process as a process owner.
  • Includes benchmark study (WTW & Mercer), grading, offers, recognition platforms, all local & global benefit’s process ownership.

4.            Compliance and Policies:

  • Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Leading SOP & employee handbook implementation, policy.

5.            HR Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and electronic including Workday
  • Generate HR reports and analyze HR data and take required actions
  • Lead HR system updates and data entry for the country.
  • Generate HR reports for management, including data related to employee compensation, turnover, demographics, and more.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for HR strategies and decisions.
  • Create custom reports and metrics as needed.

6.            Employee Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training programs and orientations for new employees.
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials.
  • Support professional development and skills training.

7.             Payroll Management:

  • Administer the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees, including deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data to avoid errors.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.

8.            Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

FOR KAZAKHSTAN

  • Recruitment support (vacancy posting, CV sourcing, interview scheduling)
  • WorkDay correction requests (job profiles, sup orgs, bonus plan corrections, etc)
  • Kazakhstan HR page on SharePoint – systematic update
  • Onboarding support (welcome emails, 1/6/12 months surveys)

FOR TuRC MCO HR

  • Provide HR Assistance to Head of HR TuRC MCO for preparing HR Reports, HR Presentations etc.
  • Provide recruitment support to Head of HR TuRC MCO
  • Participation of HR Committee meetings and providing necessary support to Head of HR
  • Internal HR Communication support for TuRC MCO

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum +5 years similar experience required
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Health care or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Prior human resource professional experience working with leaders in a large / matrix organization is a plus.
  • Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel-Advance level, PowerPoint), familiarity with Workday.
  • Good communication skills, trusted professional and credible.
