About the role :

Become part of an exciting journey in a role of HR Business Partner to drive strategic growth and operational excellence at our innovative Lessines site. As a central actor within our site, you will provide both strategic and hands-on operational HR leadership to enhance our employee experience and development programs.

You'll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team on exciting new projects, enjoying the autonomy to innovate and make significant, swift impacts.

How you will contribute

  • You will establish strong and trusting relationships with internal partners by being a recognized and reliable partner, understanding their needs and providing strategic HR guidance.

  • Support organizational transformation by developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned with the company's goals.

  • Provide coaching to leaders and their teams in leadership development, change management and organizational capacity building.

  • You will develop and implement a strategic workforce planning, identifying talent strengths and needs to prepare the site for the future.

  • Create impact through solid performance management: assess data and present insights and recommendations on leadership effectiveness and performance.

  • Help our leaders have quality conversations with their teams to ensure they perform at the expected level and recognize great contributions.

  • Manage the entire talent management cycle, including talent identification, assessment, development, and retention within the organization.

  • You will play a crucial role in talent development, by designing and implementing talent development programs that encourage employee growth & satisfaction and address business needs.

  • You will manage employee relations positively by encouraging a collaborative environment, dealing with social questions fairly and finding the right balance between employees and Takeda interests. Will collaborate closely with the Advisory Group leading social relations at Belgian level.

  • Actively contribute to the creation and implementation of agile HR programs and practices aimed at improving the employee experience and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

  • By monitor HR trends and best practices, you will recommend and implement improvements continuously to support organizational goals.

What you bring to Takeda

At Takeda, we are seeking an HR professional with a passion for people and innovation who is ready to guide our organization through periods of change and growth. Your experience should include:

  • 7 years in business partnering position.

  • A robust track record with at least 7 years in a business partnering role.

  • Full proficiency in French and English.

  • A strategic and operational acumen that balances big-picture thinking with day-to-day HR management.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for driving HR initiatives with a dynamic and heartfelt approach.

  • Proven expertise in engaging and building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A leadership style that's both positive and invigorating, inspiring progress within teams.

  • Advanced skills in leading transformational change, demonstrating exceptional influence and negotiation abilities.

  • A commitment to fostering deep connections across the company fabric.

  • A forward-thinking attitude towards adopting cutting-edge technologies that heighten our HR functions, including AI and digital platforms.
