WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reponsible for quantifying the sales objectives of the products of each of Takeda's franchises within the domestic market. Lead, advise and accompany in the development of the work team, for the correct implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for each therapeutic area, in the different health channels (private and government), establish long-term relationships with internal and external clients, promoting the culture of the patient in the center and safeguarding the reputation of the Company through compliance with compliance policies and procedures in force.
This position reports to Head Onco-hematology and is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Develop the sales strategy of responsible products in each of the franchises, by territory and sector (Government and Private). Align the sales strategy with the marketing strategy with the Product Manager.
Translate the sales and marketing strategy into actions and objectives for the District Managers and play an active role in communicating and reinforcing the strategic vision for the Team.
Analyze, plan, and establish with your team SMART objectives by territory / country, by key accounts and by channel (private and government), to ensure the fulfillment of sales objectives.
Ensure the correct implementation of the Marketing strategies of the responsible products in each of the franchises.
Manage with your sales team the alignment of activities in the field with the objectives, key messages, and actions of the Marketing strategy.
Ensure successful team management: hire, develop and retain key talent through a solid development plan. Reinforce expectations by recognizing and rewarding superior performance, sales growth, collaborative efforts, and goal achievement and, when necessary, develops and implements plans to improve performance.
Prioritizes the market's focus on the most valuable and market-friendly activities and/or opportunities (e.g., physician conferences, training workshops, etc.).
Developing and leading an effective sales force goes in each territory, through proper management: motivating your team to maintain the passion for the mission and the value of the capabilities, building the commitment of the team and the company within the area. Monitor performance and provide continuous performance feedback, coaching, development, and mentoring.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market by reviewing and analyzing data and using this knowledge to drive success with District Managers/Account Leads.
Serve as a liaison between the field and the internal departments of the company
Work collaboratively with internal areas to effectively develop the most effective plans, processes, and programs for the products of each of the franchises in the assigned market.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, opinion leaders and decision makers, identifying the main stakeholders (key people in health institutions, hospitals, business partners) and detecting needs acting as a strategic ally and positioning Takeda as a "Best in Class, patient-centered" company in the Mexican market.
Analyze sales reports, expense reports, and other KPIs (number of patients per specialist and in PSP), to monitor the performance of the team, establish corrective-preventive action plans with your work team and maintain the profitability of the business.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Education
Degree in Scientific Disciplines or Administrative Areas.
Experience of 5 to 10 years in pharmaceutical / biotechnological sales. Desirable experience in "Specialities" markets in rare diseases or orphan products.
Experience in sales in pharmaceutical / biotechnology, in private market and Government in the Mexican market.
Experience in the relationship with Health Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders of the assigned territory.
Experience in the management and development of work teams in Sales.
Familiar with working ethically and following compliance with the Compliance policy.
Office packages.
Intermediate English.

Responsable de cumplir los objetivos de venta de los productos de cada una de las franquicias de Takeda dentro del mercado Nacional. Liderar, asesorar y acompañar en el desarrollo del equipo de trabajo, para la correcta implementación de la estrategia de ventas y marketing por cada área terapéutica, en los diferentes canales de salud (privado y gobierno), establecer relaciones a largo plazo con clientes internos y externos, promoviendo la cultura del paciente en el centro y salvaguardando la reputación de la compañía mediante el cumplimiento de las políticas de compliance y procedimientos vigentes.
La posición reporta al Head Onco-Hematology y está basada en Ciudad de México, México.
DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN
Elaborar la estrategia de venta de los productos responsables en cada una de las franquicias, por territorio y sector (Gobierno y Privado). Alinear con los Product Manager la estrategia de venta con la estrategia de marketing.
Traducir la estrategia de ventas y marketing en acciones y objetivos para los District Managers y desempeñar un papel activo en la comunicación y el refuerzo de la visión estratégica para el Equipo.
Analizar, plantear y establecer con su equipo objetivos SMART por territorio/país, por cuentas clave y por canal (privado y gobierno), para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta.
Asegurar la correcta implementación de las estrategias de Marketing de los productos responsables en cada una de las franquicias.
Gestionar con su equipo de ventas la alineación de actividades en campo con los objetivos, mensajes claves y acciones de la estrategia de Marketing.
Asegurar una exitosa gestión del equipo: contratar, desarrollar y retener a los talentos clave a través de un plan de desarrollo sólido. Reforzar las expectativas al reconocer y recompensar el desempeño superior, el crecimiento de ventas, los esfuerzos de colaboración y el logro de metas y cuando sea necesario, desarrollar e implementar planes para mejorar el desempeño.
Priorizar el enfoque del mercado en las actividades y/u oportunidades más valiosas y de mayor contacto con el mercado (por ejemplo, conferencias de médicos, talleres de capacitación, etc.).
Desarrollar y liderar una fuerza de ventas efectiva en cada territorio, a través de una correcta gestión: motivar a su equipo para que mantengan la pasión por la misión y el valor de las capacidades, construir el compromiso del equipo y la empresa dentro del área. Supervisar el rendimiento y proporcionar retroalimentación continua de desempeño, entrenamiento, desarrollo y tutoría.
Mantener un entendimiento profundo del mercado al revisar y analizar los datos y utilizar este conocimiento para impulsar el éxito con los District Managers/Account Lead.
Fungir como enlace entre el campo y los departamentos internos de la compañía
Trabajar en colaboración con áreas internas para desarrollar efectivamente los planes, procesos y programas más efectivos para los productos de cada una de las franquicias en el mercado asignado.
Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes, líderes de opinión y decisores, identificando a los principales involucrados (gente clave en las instituciones de salud, hospitales, socios comerciales) y detectando necesidades actuando como un aliado estratégico y posicionar a Takeda como una empresa “Best in Class, centrada en el paciente” en el mercado de mexicano.
Analizar reportes de venta, reporte de gastos, y otros KPI´s (número de pacientes por especialista y en PSP), con el fin de monitorear el desempeño del equipo, establecer planes de acción correctivos-preventivos con su equipo de trabajo y mantener la rentabilidad del negocio.
A QUIEN BUSCAMOS
Experiencia y educación
Licenciatura en disciplinas Científicas o Áreas Administrativas.
Experiencia de 5 a 10 años en ventas farmacéuticas/biotecnológicas. Deseable experiencia en mercados de ¨Especialidades¨ en enfermedades raras o producto huérfanos.
Experiencia en ventas en farmacéuticas / biotecnológicas, en mercado privado y Gobierno en el mercado mexicano.
Experiencia en el relacionamiento con Profesionales de la Salud y Lideres de Opinión Clave del territorio asignado.
Experiencia en la gestión y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo en Ventas.
Familiarizado en trabajar de manera ética y siguiendo el cumplimiento de la política de Compliance.
Paquetería Office.
Inglés intermedio.
