Job Description
Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Insights & Analytics in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 1 year of related experience. Required skills: Analyze and interpret corporate M&A activities based on secondary market data using statistical test; extract and provide consumer behavior insights from Social Media platforms using modeling techniques, such as Text mining and Natural Language Processing; conduct data experiments on unstructured dataset including patent and product information using Python; build automated pipelines for efficient data analysis utilizing modeling and coding skills; build timely forecast sheets based on the historical transaction data using statistic modeling; develop key performance indicators (KPI) for senior management to monitor market dynamic using business intelligence tools; optimize return on investment (ROI) of promotional tactics using simulation optimization techniques; optimize salesforce representative effectiveness using promotion response analysis.
