About the role:

As part of the Global Medical Affairs Operations team, you will report to Senior Manager, Expanded Access Programs, and work with internal and external partners.
How you will contribute:
Manage operational execution of assigned Global Medical Affairs Operations related programs and projects such as Named Patient Programs (NPPs) and Individual Patient Requests (IPRs) for multiple therapeutic areas, products or assets.
Oversee tracking and delivery of assigned projects in accordance with best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Works across teams to address gaps and identify and drive solutions to deliver optimized NPP and IPR management.
Assess performance related to milestones/deliverables and recommends changes and improvements as necessary
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal procedures, support internal audits and other ad hoc projects as needed
Co-reviews work practices, Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), and standards and support delivery of trainings to internal/external stakeholders and communication of key outputs, operational/performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
BA or BS, preferably in life sciences or healthcare field
5 or more years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in Medical Affairs, Patient Access/Compassionate Use, Research and Development, or equivalent
Knowledge of FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or ICH (The International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use) guidelines
Ability to influence and work effectively across functions and operate in a matrix environment
Demonstrated success in project management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills required; must be adaptable and able to work well within a team
Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills
Basic working knowledge of clinical database systems along with strong experience and knowledge of basic Microsoft Office computer programs (i.e., Word, Excel, and Project)
