Job Description
Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Director, Strategic Operations, SQS in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related field plus 10 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: Lead, manage and establish vendor relationships and governance; Work with clinical data and programming, and understanding of end-to-end biometrics processes; Operational management experience in pharmaceutical drug development with direct working experience in clinical development or research; Monitor and track the quality and timeliness of activities, ensure awareness and alignment of business processes within SQS and across DSI and R&D; Lead strategic planning and process improvements across the Delivery & Operations team to increase impact and focus through clear communications, information flow between stakeholders, and management of vendors.
Full time. $169,400.00 - $290,400.00/ year.
