Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, understanding of customer needs, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive engagement, retention, and advocacy among our customer base using Microsoft 365-based campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement technology-based customer success initiatives with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Technology expert who passionately shares their knowledge with the community
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer success by capturing and analyzing customer data
  • Publication of technical articles regarding product release cycles and feature announcements on a regular basis
  • In the Boston area, organize and host trainings and events for a variety of audiences
  • Stay abreast of industry technology trends, implementation standards, and best practices related to enterprise level technology-based customer success at the enterprise level.
  • Support, educate, and prepare the greater Takeda community in accordance with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 specialization to proactively establish and maintain a strong digital presence, communicate effectively with managers and teammates, and provide regular updates on project progress and insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust digital collaboration efforts, provide guidance to team members on effective use of Microsoft 365 tools, and ensure timely sharing of relevant information to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
  • Have a bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Education, Leadership or a related field.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in modern workplace collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to present both in person and virtually
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use standard project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Notion, etc.) well.
  • Be familiar with best practices for technology-based curriculum development.
  • Have knowledge of customer success software platforms and tools, including Microsoft 365 Teams, SharePoint, Office
