OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
As thePromoMatsEngineerfor the Content MLR Platform (Veeva VaultPromoMats), you willberesponsible forproviding advanced technicaland operationalsupport to end users, includingtroubleshootingand resolving complex issues related toTakeda’s Veeva VaultPromoMatsenvironments. You willbe responsible forthe ongoing support of Takeda’s Content MLR platformanddevelopments,enablementandenhancement.This roleis expected toensure the smooth operation of IT services, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
In this role, you will partner closely withusers orstakeholdersfor any tickets they raisefor thePromoMatsenvironmentsand resolve them within the stipulated time,understandanynewenhancement requestsfrom the usersandworkin close collaboration with internal and external platform development teams. You willbeactively involved intheday-to-day platform operations,minordevelopment,configurationchangesand deploymentand ensure alignment across adjacent Content Innovation platforms and integrations.
Overall, you willbe part ofTakeda’s Data and Digital mission by enabling the adoption and evolution of Veeva VaultPromoMatscapabilities that align with business needs, best practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
Your activities would include:
Active involvementinday-to-day operation of Veeva VaultPromoMatsenvironments, ensuring platform stability, reliability, security, and compliance
Diagnosisand resolution ofcomplex technical issues,incidentsand service requeststhrough discussions with users and coordination with internal support and operations groups
Respondingto user requests and problems associated withVeeva VaultPromoMats
Providingreal-time end user support, including problem identification and training
Analyzingnew platform features, tools, and system integrations in line with business demand
Being apart ofinnovation and continuous improvementand optimisationof Veeva VaultPromoMatscapabilities
Enablingstakeholders (both within and outside of Takeda)for Veeva VaultPromoMatsto effectively consume Takeda’s global Content MLR capabilities
Managingsmall enhancementsand processes independently with limited supervision
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaboratingwithusers and stakeholders of Veeva VaultPromoMatsto understandtheir issues, queriesandresolve the issues,design solutions aligned to business needs
Prioritizingtasks and manages time efficiently with minimal guidance
Providingtechnical support for Content MLR capabilities enabled through Veeva VaultPromoMats
Collaboratingwith the existing team to develop theenhancements acrossVeeva VaultPromoMatsplatform and environment
Beinga part of theagile delivery team todeliver roadmap in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Designing and documenting proposed solutions, new featureenablementin alignment with business demand
Ensuringsmooth day-to-day operations in partnership with IT, business, and other key stakeholders
Handlinguseronboarding,useraccessand permissions structures across Veeva VaultPromoMatsenvironments
Analyzingand interpretingtechnical data to aid in decision-making and problem resolution
As aPromoMatsEngineer,you'readept at solving a range of moderate scope and complex problems, occasionally referring to policies and practices for guidance. Your work involvesanalyzingsituations and data, exercising judgment within established procedures, and fostering productive relationships internally and externally. Youshouldpossesssolid knowledge of Veeva VaultPromoMatsand contribute to departmental projects and goals, often engaging in frequent internal and external interactions.
OTHER DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS
Deep knowledge of Veeva VaultPromoMatsand related Veeva products
Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management platforms, content authoring solutions, and content distribution systems (e.g.,Aprimo, Shaman, Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud) strongly preferred
Strong business acumen across the end-to-end content lifecyclewithin Veeva VaultPromoMats
Proficient in defining and documenting clear, structured business requirements, root cause analysis of the issue and the mitigations of it in the ticketing tooland alsoduring discussions with stakeholders
Clear and effectivecommunicationin familiar contexts andwillingnessto handle more complex interactions
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsfor their issue resolution
Strong ability towork within a team supporting users across the globe
Accountabilityfor day-to-dayworkrelated to the design, development, and implementation of innovative content solutions across Takeda globally
Managingand resolvingissues using tracking systems with increasing independence
Configuringand managingenvironment changes with minimal supervision
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience with Veeva Vault, including enterprise-scale implementation and operation of Veeva VaultPromoMatssolutions in a regulated environment
Veeva Vault Platform certification
Deep, hands-on experience with Veeva VaultPromoMats
Experience working in the Life Sciences industry strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise end-to-end content lifecycle processesin Veeva VaultPromoMatsfrom creation through review, approval, and activation
Strong “soft skills” and English communication skills, with the ability tomake users understandand alignon issue resolutions
Experience working with teams in international, multi-country, and multi-cultural environments
Experience inuserand stakeholder management
Experience working in an agile delivery environment strongly preferred.
GenAI knowledge or practical experience recommended.
