The Opportunity:
As a Hive Platform Technical Lead, you'llplay a pivotal role in a platform that combines Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Mendix. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the platform's development and integration. You will provide technical expertise in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Mendix, ensuring seamless integration and efficient utilization of these technologies. You will utilize your expertise in multiple technologies and lead the development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals.
Responsibilities
Act as the technical platform SME (Concept, Design, Feasibility)
Leadership & guidance of platform team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions using Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Mendix. Create architectural diagrams, define system integrations, and establish best practices for development.
Lead and mentor a development team in building custom applications, workflows, and integrations using the Salesforce platform. Develop MuleSoft APIs and integration flows to connect systems and data sources. Design and develop Mendix applications using low-code development principles.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Offer expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Implement seamless integration between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Mendix to enable data exchange, business process automation, and efficient communication between systems. Utilize APIs, connectors, and middleware tools to achieve system interoperability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Mendix. Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of existing systems and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the platforms.
Create technical documentation, including design specifications, system architecture, and integration guidelines. Conduct training sessions to educate team members and end-users on platform functionality and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant professional experience in developingsoftware on top of Salesforce, MuleSoft and Low-Code mobile platforms (Mendix and/or similar).
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Exposure and solid understand in MuleSoft development, including building APIs, integration flows, and utilizing connectors. Understandingof low-code mobile development and application customization.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integrations between systems using Salesforce Integration Cloud, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and other middleware tools. Familiarity with various integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Proven ability to architect scalable and robust solutions using Salesforce, MuleSoft, and low-code mobile development platform(s). Strong understanding of architectural principles, data modeling, and system integration patterns. Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring development teams. Ability to provide technical guidance, set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Adept at analyzing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Proficient in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of Salesforce, MuleSoft, and low-code mobile applications.
Experience in leading technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing project timelines and deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and low-code development platforms. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, business acumen, and enterprise knowledge.
Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must
