Job Description

1. Engage with stakeholders and customers in assigned accounts to make aggressive market entry of Takeda's products. 

2. Build and implement robust account plans aligned with product/team strategies with complex customers, such as hospitals, institutions, local health authorities, or private payers.

3. Establish long-term effective relationships with accounts to discover patients' access and opportunities across a network of key decision makers (KDMs) / influencers.

4. Collaborate closely with Business Units, franchises, brands, and functions to ensure organizational coordination and alignment to achieve account goals. 

5. Assist team in driving Takeda's performance and optimal resource utilization.

6. To distinguish Takeda as a customer-centric and patient-centric key account management leader by developing and implementing value-added programs.
