For our Nordic Data, Digital & Technology (DDT) team we are looking for a Digital Health Lead Nordics who can drive the agenda of digital health solutions across the four countries.

You can be based in any Nordic country and in a hybrid model you work a couple of days a week at our Takeda offices in either Asker, Norway, Stockholm, Sweden, Helsinki, Finland, or Vallensbæk, Denmark.

OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE

In this role you will be driving the Nordic digital health agenda and implementation of 3D (Diagnostics, Data & AI, Digital Health) solutions.

You will work to expand Takeda's Nordic leadership in Digital Health by utilizing the advanced Nordic ecosystem to pilot and to serve as an incubator and testbed for scalable digital health solutions that serve needs of patients and health care professionals in the Nordics and EUCAN (Europe and Canada).

We translate existing unmet needs in prioritized therapeutic areas into digital health solutions that shorten time to diagnosis and referrals, provide diagnostic support, predict, and prevent diseases/ disease progression and enable personalized and needs based care.

To succeed in this role, you will be

  • activating capabilities across therapeutic areas, geographies, and functions internally and externally

  • leading cross-functional teams and co-activating external expertise (HCPs, Patient Organizations, technology partners, scientific & research institutes, startups, innovators, and corporations)

  • translating the learnings across therapeutic areas, geographies, and technologies/partnerships

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Map the needs for digital health solutions in prioritized therapeutic areas and Digital 3D strategy, based on Customer interaction / -insights from LOC functions and Data, digital and technology (DDT) colleagues as well as input from R&D, Global and EUCAN

  • Translate the needs together with cross-functional / cross-country teams and key external stakeholders into solution ideas that utilize data, digital & technology

  • Select LOCs that is/are most suitable to pilot and testbed the solution idea

  • Setup cross-functional team and lead cross-functional / cross-country co-creation, development, management, and/or scaling digital health solutions

  • Manage and ensure quality delivery of providers and external partners together with cross-functional / cross-country project team

  • Include Compliance, Legal and Regulatory to adhere to obligations

  • Ensure framework that accelerates learnings across therapeutic areas and geographies

  • Share best practices with other local and international teams

  • Support internal and external activities to raise awareness and position Takeda in the Nordics as the leading patient centric company that co-creates digital health solutions for patients, payers and societies that contribute to a more patient focused, sustainable, and value-based health care

  • Drive Digital Health transformation by developing processes, elevating capabilities and Agile and Design Thinking WoW

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Experience from digital health solutions, health data and digital innovation from a pharma or MedTech company, life science consultancy or digital health start up

  • Exceptional understanding of health care environment and future trends

  • Demonstrated excellence in building long-lasting HC ecosystem partnerships

  • Strong Design Thinking and Agile WoW capabilities and an innovative mindset

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resilience, ability to manage complex projects

  • Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks and requests, and engage and work with a complex set of stakeholders

  • Ability to translate technology and tools to a non-technical audience and good communication skills
