Job Description

 PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO

El Healthcare Manager será responsable de desarrollar, junto con las EPS, IPS y demás actores del sistema de salud, propuestas de valor orientadas a mejorar el acceso de los pacientes a las terapias de Takeda, fortalecer el manejo clínico de las enfermedades y acompañar la gestión del riesgo en programas de alto costo y enfermedades raras.

El rol garantiza el monitoreo de indicadores, el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio y la identificación de oportunidades de mejora que generen impacto clínico, operativo y económico para los pagadores y prestadores.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Monitorear la implementación de programas de alto costo y enfermedades raras en EPS e IPS.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de indicadores de desempeño y niveles de servicio definidos en los contratos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización y proponer planes de mejora junto con los equipos técnicos y médicos de EPS e IPS.
  • Brindar acompañamiento científico y soporte técnico para resolver inquietudes médicas y operativas de los pagadores.
  • Diseñar y mejorar protocolos de atención y rutas de manejo que favorezcan mejores resultados en salud.
  • Analizar datos, gestionar cohortes e interpretar indicadores para evaluar el impacto clínico y económico del manejo adecuado de los pacientes.
  • Comprender las necesidades reales de EPS, IPS y otros stakeholders para ajustar la propuesta de valor y garantizar el acceso oportuno.

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y    EXPERIENCIA:

  • Médico titulado
  • Deseable posgrado en Auditoría en Salud, Epidemiología, Farmacoeconomía o áreas relacionadas.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en interacción directa con EPS, IPS, aseguradoras o industria farmacéutica.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en auditoría médica, gestión de programas de alto costo y análisis de datos clínicos.
  • Capacidad para identificar brechas, proponer e implementar planes de mejora continua.
  • Sólidas habilidades sociales para interactuar con equipos clínicos, técnicos y directivos.
  • Competencias técnicas en análisis de datos, indicadores, economía en salud y modelos de gestión del riesgo.
  • Comunicación asertiva y pensamiento estratégico para construir propuestas de valor diferenciadas.
  • Negociación, toma de decisiones y manejo de situaciones complejas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Inglés intermedio–avanzado.
